Sponsors
Each season brings with it the challenges associated with the upkeep and maintenance of a club like Highfield.
Without the generousity of our many sponsors our club simply would not survive. During times of recession,
the pool of donors who are in a position to become club sponsors shrinks dramatically, and so the club has
to find ways to uncover new sponsors and benefactors.
One of the many ways sponsors can help the club survive, is to 'adopt-a-team'. Any contribution towards the running
costs of a team will be acknowledged, both here on the website, and around the club. Last year we successfully
ran a scheme where groups were invited to pool together to 'adopt-a-team', which keeps the cost to individual sponsors
low but greatly benefits a team.
Some examples of sponsorship include:
- A set of jerseys (with sponsors logo)
- A set of match water bottles
- A team first aid kit
- Coaches skills training course
- Coaches first aid course
This type of sponsorship of our underage rugby club costs from €50 (set of water bottles) to €1500 (full set of jerseys)
and in the case of the more costly items can be split across multiple sponsors if necessary.
